Securing Your Booking

Your travel booking is confirmed once we accept your registration. This acceptance is formalized with the issuance of an invoice and travel itinerary.


Payment Terms

1. Deposits

  • Standard Deposit: 25% of the total travel price.
  • Special Periods (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter): 50% of the total travel price.
  • Trips Including Flights: Always require a 50% deposit.

2. Payment Options

You may choose from the following methods:

  1. Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard):
    • A secure payment link will be provided. Follow the steps to complete payment.
  2. PayPal:
    • Send a copy of your transfer receipt and passport to verify the deposit.
  3. Bank Transfer:
    • Send a copy of your transfer receipt and passport to verify the deposit.
  4. Monthly Installments:
    • Pay in up to 6 installments. The final installment can be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival.

Important: For cashless payments, a copy of your passport is required to comply with Egyptian bank regulations.

Your booking is secured upon receipt of your initial payment. A confirmation email with full details will be sent no later than 30 days before departure.


Booking Modifications by the Customer

  • General Changes: Subject to availability, you can modify your booking without extra costs if paid in full or a voucher has been issued.
  • Flight-Related Trips: Modifications may incur additional fees.

Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your trip at any time before departure by providing a written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of your cancellation:

  • 14–11 days before departure: 25% of the travel price + 6% bank charges
  • 10–8 days before departure: 50% of the travel price + 6% bank charges
  • 7–5 days before departure: 75% of the travel price + 6% bank charges
  • 4 days or less before departure: 100% of the travel price
  • No-show: No refund

Exceptions: No cancellation fees apply in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond your control.


Guarantees and Remedies

If a travel service is not provided as agreed:

  1. Compensation: You may request a remedy, such as an equivalent or upgraded service. Remedies requiring excessive effort may be refused.
  2. Price Reduction: If the issue is unresolved, you may claim a price reduction, provided you report it during the trip.

Note: Tour guides cannot approve claims.


Flight Details

Flight schedules and prices are approximate. Specific flight requests or changes to booked flights may alter the total trip cost.


Liability Disclaimer

We act solely as a travel agency. We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, delays, or accidents caused directly or indirectly during transportation (by train, boat, plane, or other means).
